This website is designed to offer an online catalog of the Valencia Stool product, allowing Users to purchase it easily and conveniently. Once a User purchases this product, they will be considered a "Customer" for the purposes defined in these Terms.
These Terms exclusively govern the sale of the Valencia Stool product offered on our website.
It is important to note that the product images on this website are digitally created to reflect the final design as accurately as possible. However, the received product may exhibit slight variations in color or texture due to the characteristics of the materials.
Customer Information
Any information and personal data provided by the Customer will be processed in accordance with our Privacy and Cookie Policies. If all required data is not provided, we will not be able to process the order.
Additionally, the Customer agrees that the necessary data for order delivery will be shared with the corresponding shipping agency, solely for the purpose of managing the delivery.
Use of the Website by the Customer
The Customer agrees not to place false or fraudulent orders. If such activity is detected, ANDREU WORLD S.L. may cancel the order and take appropriate legal action, including reporting to the competent authorities.
This website is intended for individuals over 18 years of age. Minors are not authorized to use it or provide personal data to ANDREU WORLD S.L. The User affirms that they are of legal age and capable of entering into binding contracts with economic content.
Geographical Scope
Currently, shipments through this website are available for international delivery. This includes mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, and other international destinations, except for countries subject to export restrictions, commercial sanctions, or blockades established by current legislation.
Transfer of Risk and Ownership
The risk of the products is assumed by the Customer once the products have been delivered to the Customer or a third party designated by them, as stipulated in the previous Clause 10. On the other hand, the Customer will acquire ownership of the products once Andreu World has received the full payment of all amounts owed in connection with the products, including shipping costs, or when delivery occurs, if later. Andreu World expressly reserves ownership of the products until full payment has been made.
Purchase Process
Registration or Login: To make a purchase, the Customer must register on www.andreuworld.com or log in with their existing account.
Product Selection: The Customer selects the products they wish to purchase, reviewing the descriptions and features of each one.
Add to Cart: Selected products are added to the cart.
Order Confirmation: The Customer logs in and provides billing and shipping information. PO Boxes or public addresses are not accepted.
Payment: The Customer selects the payment method and authorizes the transaction. After confirmation, a purchase confirmation email will be sent.
Shipping: The Customer will be notified via email when their order has been shipped and will be able to track it.
Prices and Payment Methods
Prices
The prices displayed on our website include VAT or applicable taxes based on the Customer's country of residence. The final price displayed to the Customer will reflect the applicable taxes during the transaction process.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination country and will be shown before the Customer confirms the order.
The prices listed correspond to the current rates of Andreu World at the time of purchase. The final price, including taxes, will be shown in the order summary during checkout.
The pricing structure may change over time, but the prices applied will always be those in effect at the time of purchase. Price changes will not affect confirmed orders.
Accepted Payment Methods
Payment must be made upon completing the purchase process and is necessary to finalize the order. Payments cannot be made after this point.
Available payment methods include:
(i) Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Maestro credit or debit cards, according to the terms set by each respective entity;
(ii) Bank transfer. The payment method can be selected during the checkout process.
The Customer must notify Andreu World of any unauthorized or fraudulent charges to the card used for the purchase via email or phone as soon as possible to take appropriate action. Payment providers may apply anti-fraud measures that may result in certain payments being rejected. Andreu World is not responsible for these security policies.
Billing
Andreu World will issue an electronic invoice, which will be sent by email to the Customer upon request. The invoice number or order number will serve as a reference in case of product issues or contract cancellations.
Shipping and Delivery Policies
Manufacturing and Delivery Timeframes
Our product manufacturing times are 5 weeks from order confirmation. This period corresponds to the time required for production.
Once production is complete, delivery times will depend on the destination country and range from 1 to 2 additional weeks. These timeframes are indicative and may be affected by factors such as holidays, factory closures (e.g., during Christmas), or unforeseen logistical circumstances.
In general, the total maximum delivery time from order confirmation could be up to 7 weeks. These timeframes are calculated in business days (Monday to Friday), and the Customer will be kept informed about the status and estimated shipping time.
Shipping Companies
Orders will be delivered exclusively to the Customer's address by a shipping company contracted by Andreu World. Delivery times are indicative and depend on product availability and logistical conditions. For orders with multiple products, all items will be shipped together when all are available.
If delivery is delayed significantly, the Customer will be notified and given the option to continue with the order or cancel it with a full refund.
The shipping agency will send the Customer an SMS or email with tracking details.
Policy for Delays or Failed Deliveries
Delivery is considered completed when the Customer or an authorized third party receives the order and signs the corresponding delivery note. Deliveries will be made Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
If the Customer is unavailable to receive the package, the agency will attempt a second delivery. If delivery fails again, a notice will be left, and Andreu World will contact the Customer.
It is essential to sign the delivery note, indicating any visible damage or incidents. Claims will only be accepted if reported on the delivery note unless they involve hidden damages or defects covered by the warranty.
The Customer is responsible for checking the number of packages and their condition upon delivery. Any damages or issues must be noted on the delivery note. If damages are not visible, the Customer has 7 days from delivery to file a claim through our online form or by emailing info@andreuworld.com. After this period, the product will be considered delivered in perfect condition.
Return, Exchange, and Withdrawal Policy
Right of Withdrawal
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without providing a reason. To exercise this right, the Customer must notify us through an online form at www.andreuworld.com, by email at info@andreuworld.com, or by phone at +34 96 180 57 00.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If the Customer withdraws, we will refund all payments received, including shipping costs, within a maximum of 14 days. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise specified.
The Customer must return the products within 14 days of notifying their withdrawal. The products must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
Defective Product Returns
If the product does not conform to the contract, the Customer must notify us immediately. After review, the product will be refunded or replaced within 14 days, including delivery and return costs.
Return Procedure
Notification: The Customer must notify their intention to return the product within 14 calendar days following receipt, using any of the contact methods provided in this policy.
Product Return: The Customer may choose to return the product at their own expense or coordinate the pickup with Andreu World. If opting for pickup, Andreu World will contact the Customer to arrange the return. If the Customer prefers to manage the return independently, they must select a logistics company, cover the return cost, ensure the provided label is included, and send the shipping details to Andreu World.
Receipt and Review: Once the returned product is received, Andreu World will inspect it and process the request accordingly (replacement or refund).
Product Warranty
Two-Year Warranty
Andreu World guarantees that its products are free from manufacturing and material defects for a period of two years from the date of purchase.
Products are deemed to conform to the contract provided they (i) match the description and characteristics detailed on our website, (ii) are suitable for their intended purposes, and (iii) meet the quality and features expected of such products.
If any product fails to meet these conditions, the Customer must notify us following the procedure outlined in Clause 11 or through the contact methods provided in these terms.
Shipping Procedure
If a defect or issue arises during the warranty period that requires the product to be sent to our facilities, the process will follow the procedure detailed in Clause 11.
Limitation of Liability
Andreu World's liability is limited to the obligations set forth in these terms, with a maximum amount equivalent to the invoice value of the defective product. Andreu World shall not be held liable for direct or indirect losses or damages incurred by the Customer or third parties due to our products, unless otherwise mandated by law.
Website Use
The User acknowledges that the use of the website, its contents, and services is at their own risk. Andreu World assumes no responsibility in the following cases:
-The availability or operation of the website, its services, contents, or their quality or interoperability.
-The website's suitability for the User’s purposes.
-Violations of applicable laws by the User or third parties, including intellectual or industrial property rights infringements.
-The presence of malicious codes or any other elements that could damage the User’s or third parties’ systems. The User is responsible for using appropriate tools to detect and eliminate such elements.
-Unauthorized access to contents or services by third parties, as well as the interception, deletion, alteration, or manipulation of communications.
-The accuracy, truthfulness, precision, security, timeliness, and usefulness of the contents and their subsequent use by the User. While Andreu World will strive to provide updated and reliable information, no guarantees are made.
-Damages to computer equipment during website access or interruptions in telecommunications networks that disrupt service.
-Damages or losses resulting from force majeure or unforeseen circumstances.
Dispute Resolution
Applicable Law
This contract shall be governed by the laws of Spain, including national and European regulations, as well as international export laws. Andreu World complies with export laws in various countries, including European Union member states and the United States of America. Any disputes regarding the interpretation or execution of this agreement shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Spanish courts.
Alternative Dispute Resolution Methods
In the event of disputes, the parties may resort to alternative resolution methods such as arbitration or mediation, provided both parties agree to do so, to resolve the issue promptly and efficiently without lengthy court proceedings.
Online Dispute Resolution Platform
If an out-of-court resolution cannot be achieved, the Customer may use the European Union’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform, in accordance with EU regulations. The platform can be accessed via the following link: EU ODR Platform. This platform allows consumers to submit claims easily.
Intellectual Property
Andreu World is an internationally registered trademark. All designs, models, images, and information contained in catalogs, websites, and other promotional materials used by Andreu World are the exclusive property of the company and are protected by intellectual and industrial property rights.
Access to the website does not grant the User any rights over registered trademarks, designs, patents, trade names, images, logos, or related elements, nor does it grant a license for their use.
Andreu World retains ownership of all intellectual and industrial property rights for products created as part of projects or special requests.
The Customer may not register or use products, symbols, images, websites under Andreu World’s domain, or similar elements. Any such action will be considered to be on behalf of Andreu World.
Unauthorized use of Andreu World’s intellectual or industrial property will result in legal liabilities.
Modification of Terms
Right to Update Terms
