On October 31st, Philippe Starck visited Kyoto to inaugurate the a R C FURNITURE showroom, a space that reflects the renowned designer's vision for the future of sustainable design. In an exclusive presentation, Starck unveiled his 12 collections, created under the principles of circular economy, featuring innovative materials and responsible processes aimed at minimizing environmental impact.

The event began with an intimate conversation between Starck and a select group of attendees, where he shared his design philosophy and commitment to a more sustainable world. “Design is not just aesthetics; it is an act of love towards the planet,” Starck stated. The evening continued with a cocktail, allowing guests to get to know the creator personally while exploring the pieces displayed in the showroom.

These 12 collections, the result of innovation and creativity, stand out for integrating recycled and recyclable materials, along with manufacturing processes that reduce emissions and waste. The Starck by Andreu World designs presented in Kyoto are also available at the Tokyo showroom, a space open to professionals, architects, and interior designers, where they can explore the most iconic collections, all made 100% for the circular economy, well-being, and a positive impact on the planet.
