LEVEL® 3 across the entire catalog
A key tool for LEED and WELL projects
LEVEL® 3 certification validates the environmental, social, and health
In projects where time and reliability are crucial, specifying products with LEVEL® 3 certification means having independent verification of environmental impact, health, and social responsibility throughout the product's entire life cycle. Andreu World has renewed this certification for another year across its entire catalog, ensuring that the product, the manufacturing process, and the company meet the most demanding requirements.
What is LEVEL® and why LEVEL 3?
LEVEL® is a voluntary, third-party program developed by BIFMA, based on the ANSI/BIFMA e3, which evaluates furniture performance across multiple attributes: materials, energy, health and ecosystems, and social responsibility.
LEVEL 3 represents the highest traditional level of the system and requires more rigorous compliance with credits and requirements in all of these areas.
How it adds value in the certification of buildings (LEED and WELL)
Although LEVEL® certifies furniture products and not buildings, it provides verifiable third-party evidence that can be used in projects seeking certifications such as LEED and WELL.

In LEED, LEVEL® products can contribute to credits related to responsible material selection, transparency and disclosure of materials, and the use of low-impact and low-emission products, facilitating documentation in material strategies and indoor environmental quality.
In WELL, which focuses on the health and well-being of occupants, LEVEL® provides relevant information on emissions, material composition, and responsible practices, supporting credits related to indoor air quality, healthy materials, and safer environments.
