A new flagship space in Tokyo
The most sustainable showroom
A meeting point to showcase designs created for a positive impact
On 9 May Andreu World celebrated the inauguration of its new showroom in Tokyo, designed by Patricia Urquiola. The presence of the designer at the event highlighted the importance of sustainable design both in the execution of the space and in the designs created in collaboration for over a decade, among which the Bolete, Nuez Lounge BIO, Oru and Nuez collections stand out.
The new space in Japan reflects the essence of Andreu World, its heritage, identity and mission. According to the designer: "We worked with renewable resources and sustainable materials to create an environment where visitors can enjoy a playful and inspiring experience, discovering different areas defined by see-through wooden panels. The space is designed to be holistic and multifunctional, catering to the diverse needs and uses of the brand's designs".
Located on a main artery of the capital, at Ratio Minami Aoyama 1F, 2-19-6 Minami Aoyama, Minato-ku, the showroom comprises 200 square meters and displays the latest Andreu World collections, designed by Philippe Starck, Alfredo Häberli, Benjamin Hubert, Jasper Morrison and Patricia Urquiola herself.
