Good news for design. The Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) has recognized that original furniture designs deserve the same legal protection as traditional artistic works, reinforcing legal certainty in the furniture sector.
This news represents an important step forward in defending creativity against copying and unauthorized reproduction, recognizing the intellectual value behind original design.
