Legal Rules

Participants

The contest is open both to design students and to professionals, without age limit.

Objective

In commemoration of Andreu World's 70-year history, we invited industrial designers to participate in our furniture design contest. This contest seeks to foster the creation of innovative and sustainable furniture that promotes healthy interiors, aligned with the principles of the New European Bauhaus, the guidelines of the World Design Organization and the fundamental values of Andreu World.

The project should reflect our commitment to good design, innovation, sustainability and responsible production. Participants should submit a seat and/or table design that fits these principles, thus celebrating our seven-decade history of high-quality furniture design.

The specific details and requirements of the project are available in the product briefing.

Conditions and briefing

Students or design professionals interested in participating can consult the Conditions and the Briefing via the “Talent | Design contest | Terms and Conditions” menu.

Register

The registration process saves a personal file for each Participant, which will be used to identify them on the Contest website in this and subsequent editions. Registration can only be done using the registration form on the Contest website. Registration is unique and personal.

In the “Register” menu on the website, new participants can register by filling in the form and clicking on “Send”.

If the contestant is participating through a school, the name of the school will be specified.

Once registered, participants will be able to log in to the website with their personal password to consult and modify their personal information in the Personal Data section under the “Register” menu.

It is possible to present a project as a group. To do so, one person from the group must register and check the “Group Work” box, where they can add the names of all the team members.

The data of each contestant will be processed exclusively for internal purposes of Andreu World. It will not be shared with third parties and will be used only for communications related to the activity of Andreu World.

Registration

Registration to participate in the Andreu World 2025 International Design Contest is done after obtaining a participant number. Once identified on the website, you will be able to see and request your participant numbers (example: 2025-1) in the Participant Numbers section within the “Registration” menu.

For each project submitted, the participant must request a participant number. As many participant numbers as necessary can be requested.

Designs that do not include their participant number in the model will be excluded from the Andreu World International Design Contest.

Likewise, designs that arrive with a number that does not exist in the Andreu World database will be excluded.

All material submitted must be referenced with the participant number assigned to it.
