Ángela Montagud is the director of Clap Studio, a studio focused on interior design, products and artistic installations based in Valencia. Her ability to make an international impact has led her to work for major brands such as Toyota Motor Europe, Lexus Spain and the FILA fashion brand in China. Clap's work stands out for its vision committed to a new way of understanding space and surprise in the development of creative concepts for brands.
In addition, last year her studio was awarded Spain’s Premio Nacional de Diseño 2023 Young Professionals, "as an example of the promising future of national design and its ability to impact the international arena as a result of a brave and committed vision", as highlighted by the jury of the Ministry of Science and Innovation.
At the end of 2023, the Valencian studio also received the prestigious 'Global Restaurant & Bar Design Award' in the color category for the design of the Baovan restaurant, for being "able to transport diners to a trip to the beach" through its four spaces.
